Studio Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Structure
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% must be cleared on the day of the shoot, immediately after it concludes.
2. Non-Refund Policy
If the brand chooses not to proceed with the project or any agreed services, the advance/payment made will be non-refundable.
3. On-Spot Payments
All payments related to talent, production, and location must be made on the spot by the brand on the day of the shoot.
4. Photographer & Videographer Payment
Payments for photographers and videographers will be processed once all final data has been delivered and approved by both the brand and the studio’s Creative Directors.
5. RAW / HD Images
Brands requiring HD RAW images must communicate this requirement in advance. Availability depends on the photographer, as not all photographers provide RAW files.
6. Urgent Projects
Any project requiring expedited delivery will incur additional charges based on the scope and urgency, over and above the original package price.
7. Creative Direction
Mood boards and concept development will only begin once the advance payment has been received.
8. Late Payment Penalty
A delay of more than 3 days in any due payment will result in an additional charge of PKR 20,000.
Agreement Clause
Once the brand agrees to the above terms and conditions, the studio will proceed with the project accordingly.
